SCHOLARSHIPS:
The Grace has limited scholarships available for art and science camps. Please contact Kathryn Mitchell for more information: educator@thegracemuseum.org.
REFUNDS:
There will be a $15 charge for ALL refunds on camps. We understand that plans do sometimes change and we are happy to initiate a refund should you need one. In order to guarantee a refund, PLEASE NOTIFY US 2 WEEKS PRIOR to the start of the camp you wish to cancel. Requests with less notice may not be granted. Camp refunds will be processed and mailed by check, minus the $15 cancellation fee.
MEMBER DISCOUNTS:
Grace Museum Members can enter this year’s online discount code at checkout to receive their member benefit of $25 off ALL summer camps. Members will receive their discount code via email prior to March 3 (it can also be found in our Artifacts Winter 2025 issue). PLEASE NOTE: Active membership status will be verified. Contact Sheila Scevers with membership questions or inquiries: administration@thegracemuseum.org.
FOOD ALLERGIES:
Snacks are provided at each camp (you may provide your own if you prefer). When you register, please let us know if your child has any specific food allergies.
Culinary Camp Junior A
June 16 – 19 | 9 AM – 12 PM
$200 Non-Members | $175 Grace Members
Entering 3rd – 6th Grade
Culinary campers will learn the basics of preparing meals and working in a kitchen as they cook alongside the experienced chefs of Cypress Street Station. This 4-day camp is held at AISD’s facility, The LIFT.
PLEASE NOTE: Culinary Junior A and B are identical camps. Please only register for one.
Science Camp
June 17 – 20 | 9 AM – 12 PM
$165 Non-Members | $140 Grace Members
Entering 3rd – 6th Grade
Students will dive into science with 4 days of innovative hands-on experiments that will blend science and creativity. Students will use scientific tools, charts, and measurements in a class that blends fun and learning.
Culinary Camp Junior B
June 23 – 26 | 9 AM – 12 PM

Pen & Paper Camp
June 23 – 27 | 9 AM – 12 PM
$140 Non-Members | $115 Grace Members
Entering 1st – 6th Grade
Drawers and doodlers will love this camp! Campers will experience several different art media while improving their drawing skills and learning techniques to take their art to a new level. Campers will be divided into two classes and grouped by grade level.
Paint Palooza Camp
June 23 – 27 | 1 PM – 4 PM
$140 Non-Members | $115 Grace Members
Entering 1st – 6th Grade
Are you partial to painting? If so, this camp is for you! Campers will learn how to mix paint colors and how to paint skillfully using various wet mediums. Campers will be divided into two classes and grouped by grade level.
Culinary Camp Senior
July 7 – 9 | 1 PM – 5 PM
$200 Non-Members | $175 Grace Members
Entering 7th – 12th Grade
Culinary campers will learn the fundamentals of kitchen safety, how to safely prepare food, and about complex meal-planning as they cook alongside the experienced chefs of Cypress Street Station. This 3-day camp is held at AISD’s facility, The LIFT.
All About Art Camp
July 7 – 11 | 9 AM – 12 PM
$140 Non-Members | $115 Grace Members
Entering 1st – 6th Grade
Students will enjoy a wide variety of projects that will inspire creativity. There will be painting, sculpting, and more! This is a great camp for all types of young artists to discover what they like best. Campers will be divided into two classes and grouped by grade level.
Sculpt It! Camp
July 7 – 11 | 1 PM – 4 PM
$140 Non-Members | $115 Grace Members
Entering 1st – 6th Grade
Campers will enjoy all things 3D! There will be sculpting with clay, paper, and more! Students will also explore 2D as they work through the steps of creating sculptures. This camp is wonderful for those who like to build and create things with their hands. Campers will be divided into two classes and grouped by grade level.
Engineering Camp
July 14 – 17 | 9 AM – 12 PM
$165 Non-Members | $140 Grace Members
Entering 3rd – 6th Grade
Students will take adaptations of fairy tales and add an engineering twist to provide situations that will challenge students’ imaginations. This 4-day camp will use familiar and timeless stories to encourage your child to begin to problem solve, generate design ideas, collaborate, and make connections to engineering.
Art Academy
July 14 – 18 | 1 PM – 4 PM

Entering 7th – 12th Grade
Art Academy is a camp designed with teens in mind. Students will use a variety of media such as charcoal, pastels, paint, and clay. Each day, campers will have the opportunity to express themselves while they create art in a positive and encouraging environment.
You Art What You Eat Camp (*NEW*)
July 21 – 25 | 9 AM – 12 PM

Entering 1st – 6th Grade
Create art masterpieces! Find fun ways to create art that looks like our favorite things to eat. Sculpt, draw, print, and paint food including newspaper donuts, foam cakes, and much more. Join us for a morning of delicious art! Campers will be divided into two classes and grouped by grade level.
KinderCamp A
July 28 – 29 | 9 AM – 12 PM

Entering Kindergarten
KinderCamp is a 2-day camp that will help spark the creativity and individual expression in your budding artists. Students will learn the basics of art while creating a few projects to take home.

POP! BAM! WOW! Calling all superheroes! Campers will dive into the Super World of Science and explore the physics of balance and flight, the chemistry behind bouncy balls, and the engineering skills needed to build a superhero skyscraper or trap a supervillain – and much more!
