An event venue located in downtown Abilene, Texas, The Grace Museum offers six unique rental spaces to accommodate a wide variety of events from parties and weddings to school functions and business meetings. We can host large and small groups for occasions from the formal to the informal.
Rentals are available seven days a week, Sunday-Saturday. A non-refundable security deposit is required in order to confirm all reservations (see details below). Additional equipment, technology, and services are available to meet the needs of your specific event.

Premier Wedding Packages
2-Day Rentals (Friday + Saturday)
All reservations require a $200 non-refundable security deposit.
Our premium 2-day wedding packages are designed to give you peace of mind as you prepare for your big day! You will receive a separate set-up day (Friday, 1pm-7pm) in additional to exclusive all-day access to the Museum’s event spaces on your wedding day (Saturday, 10am-12am).
PACKAGE A: Grace Ballroom, Loggia, Courtyard & Rooftop – $2,400
PACKAGE B: Grace Garage (with access to all other Museum event spaces) – $3,000

Weekdays & Sundays
(Rentals by the Hour)
- $100/hour — Weekday rental of Grace Ballroom, Loggia, or Board Room for small groups Tuesday-Thursday (4 hour min)
- $200/hour — Sunday rental of Grace Ballroom, Loggia, Courtyard, Rooftop, or Board Room (4 hour min) 10am-10pm
Complimentary Services Included with All Rentals
- Tables (rectangular and round) and folding black chairs available for up to 300 people
- Professional setup and breakdown of tables and chairs according to your individualized event floor plan
- Prep kitchen that includes a food warmer, commercial refrigerator, modular prep tables, and large sink
- Private Bridal Suite with amenities – the perfect setting for your bridal photos! Grooms also have their own private, get-ready space with a large TV.
- Audio/visual equipment that includes both built-in and portable sound systems (for versatility in our different spaces), microphones, and picture frame Smart TVs (Ballroom and Boardroom only)
- Accent lighting options that include specialized color-changing lights (in certain spaces) and strung white lights (Courtyard and Rooftop only)
- Free, close parking with handicap-accessible options for your attendees

Meeting Spaces
A distinctive, rentable meeting space in the heart of downtown Abilene, The Grace offers high-class and stylish corporate environments which cater to all of your needs.
Hold your professional gatherings or meet potential business partners in the comfort of our corporate event spaces. Accommodations include free parking, free wi-fi, smart technology and equipment, and complimentary water and coffee.

Children’s Birthday Parties
BOOKING FRIDAYS ONLY 5:15-8:00 PM
Hold your child or grandchild’s next birthday party in Spark, The Grace Museum’s interactive family space designed for exploring and creating!
Rental Fee – $250 for Grace Museum Members ($300 for non-members) includes:
- Admission for up to 45 people
- Preset tables and chairs
- Workspace with sink, refrigerator, and freezer
- Full access to all 3 areas of Spark – Create Lab, Art Space, History Space (all other Museum spaces will be closed)
- Food and drinks MUST be kept inside the Create Lab
- Only 20 children allowed in the Art Space at one time
- The rental period of 5:15-8 pm includes decorating and clean-up time (must exit building by 8 pm)
