Rent The Grace
The Grace Museum offers six unique rental spaces to accommodate a wide variety of events from parties and weddings to school functions and business meetings. We can host large and small groups for occasions from the formal to the informal.
Rentals are available seven days a week, Sunday-Saturday. A security deposit is required in order to confirm all reservations (see details below). Additional equipment, technology, and services are available to meet the needs of your specific event.

All reservations require a $200 refundable security deposit.
Fridays + Saturdays
(Museum Rental)
- $2,400 — Friday 1pm-7pm AND Saturday 10am-12am rental & set-up of Grace Ballroom, Loggia, Courtyard & Rooftop ($600 to add Garage)
- $1,400 — ONE DAY Friday OR Saturday 10am-12am rental & set-up of Grace Ballroom, Loggia, Courtyard & Rooftop ($600 to add Garage)
Fridays + Saturdays
(Grace Garage Rental)
- $3,000 — Friday 1pm-7pm AND Saturday 10am-12am rental & set-up of the Grace Garage (with access to other Museum event spaces)
- $2,000 — Friday 1pm-7pm OR Saturday 10am-12am rental & set-up of Grace Garage (with access to other Museum event spaces)
Weekdays + Sundays
(Rentals by the Hour)
- $100/hour — Weekday rental of Loggia, Ballroom or Board Room for small groups Tuesday-Thursday (4 hour min)
- $200/hour — Sunday rental of Grace Ballroom, Loggia, Courtyard, Rooftop, or Board Room (4 hour min) 10am-10pm
Complimentary Services Included with All Rentals
- Tables (rectangular and round) and folding black chairs available for up to 300 people.
- Professional setup and breakdown of tables and chairs according to your individualized event floor plan.
- Prep kitchen that includes a food warmer, commercial refrigerator, modular prep tables, and large sink.
- Private Bridal Suite with amenities – the perfect setting for your bridal photos! Grooms also have their own getting-ready space with a large TV.
- Audio/visual equipment that includes both built-in and portable sound systems (for versatility in our different spaces), microphones, and picture frame Smart TVs (Ballroom and Boardroom only).
- Accent lighting options that include specialized color-changing lights (in certain spaces) and strung white lights (Courtyard and Rooftop only)
- Free, close parking with handicap-accessible options for your attendees.

Meeting Spaces
A distinctive, rentable meeting space in the heart of downtown Abilene, The Grace offers high-class and stylish corporate environments which cater to all of your needs.
Hold your professional gatherings or meet potential business partners in the comfort of our corporate event spaces. Accommodations include free parking, free wi-fi, smart technology and videoconferencing equipment, and complimentary water and coffee.
