A NOTE TO OUR VISITORS
Road construction is taking place in front of The Grace Museum this summer. This is a city improvement and beautification project that will ultimately turn Cypress Street into a two-way drivable street with new parking spaces, wider sidewalks, and nicely paved crosswalks and intersections.
We are working directly with the city on their construction schedule to help minimize noise and debris during high traffic times, as well as avoiding construction work during the hours that a special event is taking place at the Museum.
We are now in Phase 3 of the Cypress Street Improvement Project, as indicated on the adjacent map. Our sidewalk on Cypress Street is currently CLOSED while a new sidewalk is being poured. Visitors must enter from the North 1st Lobby Door.
CURRENT BLOCKED AREAS:
• Cypress Street (from N. 1st to N. 2nd)
• North 1st Street (from Cedar to Pine)
PARKING
Visitors can park for FREE in the open-air parking lot or the covered Grace Garage located just behind the Museum. Additional parking lots and spaces are also available nearby.
PLEASE NOTE: Traffic is one-way for Grace parking areas. ENTER from North 1st St. EXIT alley way onto Cedar St (as shown on map).
ENTRANCE
Visitors can enter the Museum Lobby through the east side or the south side doors. Both entrances have stairs. A wheelchair-accessible ramp is located at the south entrance.
