Introducing our new FREE adult-only program series!

Get ready for a fun, adult-only evening at Spark Science Center where we’ll be exploring the Science of Cooking! Attendees will learn all about the process and benefits of cooking with natural oils and vinegars, presented by Cordell’s, a local bistro and gourmet food store. Enjoy tasty samplings and a Q&A with Cordell’s owners, Jason and Joy.

Doors will open at 5:15pm for attendees to explore the exhibit halls prior to the program starting at 6:00pm in the Exploration Classroom.
