PROJECT: Mexican Folk Art
Learn about and create your own amate painting. Amate is an ancient paper making tradition from Mexico made from the pulp of fig and mulberry trees.

Homeschool Art Day projects are adjustable for all ages and skill levels.
POLICIES + PROCEDURES
- You must pre-register to attend. Class sizes are limited.
- Parents/guardians are required to stay (no drop-offs).
PLEASE NOTE: The Grace Museum is CLOSED to the general public on Mondays, so the front doors will be locked. You will need to enter through the black metal Courtyard doors located on the northwest side of the building (in the back). A Grace Staff member will be stationed there to verify your registration & to check you in.
