This year we are excited to host a holiday vendor market – the perfect opportunity to find gifts or decor while shopping locally and enjoying this FREE community event for the family! Come and browse or register below to set up as a vendor.

Vendor FAQ
What types of vendors is The Grace looking for? Any creative with handcrafted or homemade goods such as jewelry, ornaments, candles, or home goods. Additionally, those who curate secondhand items or produce foodstuffs (must be in compliance with Texas Cottage Food Law) are welcome to set up. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax revenues and making sure their sales permits are up to date.
Where is the Holiday Market? The Grace Ballroom & Loggia
What’s included with my $25 registration? One 6-ft table with black tablecloth and two chairs; earlier registrations will have more exposure in The Grace’s promotional materials (i.e., social media posts, radio segments, flyers).
How many people can I expect? Approximately 500 visitors will attend Family Christmas at The Grace.
How can I decorate my booth? Any stand-alone items that can fit on top of or around your 6-ft table. Wall space for signs cannot be guaranteed.
When would I set up? Booths can be set up beginning at 9am the day of the event, with the market opening at 5:30pm. Booths should be torn down by 9:30pm following the conclusion of the event.
