Volunteer Opportunities at The Grace Museum

Volunteers play a vital role in the daily operation of The Grace Museum. The minute visitors walk through our historic doors, their experience in the museum relies on capable and trained volunteers.

The Grace Museum provides a number of volunteer opportunities:

Visitor Service Volunteers greet all visitors
and accept entrance fees.

Gallery Attendants are a security presence
for our exhibition
s.

Tour Docents receive special training to provide
information to groups concerning our exhibitions.

Outreach Docents provide art to children in
local schools.

Substitute Volunteers are available on an
as-needed basis
to assist when regular
volunteers are absent.

Office/Clerical Assistants assist with bulk
mail-outs,
answering phones and other
clerical functions
.
